The booking of an apartment is binding for both parties as soon as the apartment has been booked and this booking has been confirmed by us.

In case of your booking, we keep the apartment available exclusively for you and refuse to accept enquiries from other guests. For this reason, the following regulations shall apply:

1. We must be informed of cancellations or any changes considering your booking as soon as possible.

2. Cancellations or changes free of charge are only possible up to a maximum of 7 days before arrival.

3. Check-out time is before 11 am.

4. Payment will be expected in cash upon arrival.

5. The rules of the house are on display and apply to every guest.
